Potential Finance System solution for The Office of the Ombudsman for Children

The Office of the Ombudsman for Children (OCO) intends to procure and implement a modern Software as a Service based (SaaS) finance system. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) process is to allow it to: 1) Identify what the market has to offer and understand the capabilities, availability and viability of existing SaaS solutions, particularly in the optional areas described in section 2.2. 2) Obtain indicative costs to determine the budgetary requirements for a solution of the indicated scope, and confirm the business case, 3) Obtain the information necessary to provide a firm foundation for the next stage of the FMS Project (development and issue of a formal Request for Tenders).
