The framework contract will be for a service to cover reactive, planned & statutory maintenance and associated services to include, but not limited to: The mowing of lawns. Trimming of grass edges and around trees etc. Application of herbicides when and where required, operators must be suitably qualified and possess PA1 and PA6 certificates. Weed control within gardens and footpaths. General garden maintenance duties ie weeding, forking, raking up debris, hedge cutting, pruning and leaf clearance. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
