Worcestershire County Council views housing related support, including Extra Care Housing (ECH), as a key component in supporting people to remain at home for as long as possible and the Council wishes to transform the way in which it commissions the delivery of Extra Care to adults in Worcestershire. The Council has identified a Service Provider to deliver a Core Service and a Care Service within the Extra Care Scheme, Noble House, based at 1 Oak View Way, Worcester WR2 5FH.
