Description
The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Compliance Works (2025) provides a range of statutory compliance works to support ENP Member/Licensees. These works are predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in. A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Lot 1: Servicing and/or Repair of Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, installation, maintenance inspection and/or repair of air source heat pump units including but not limited to visual inspections, external inspections, refrigerant pipe checks, checking controls / thermostat, glycol condition, expansion vessel, water cylinder, cleaning of unit, checking operation, pressure check, clean filters, test and leave in full working order. Attend breakdown callouts and repair as required. Lot 2: Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps Installation of ASHP (air source heat pump units), all associated works including preparation and making good works to various predominantly tenant occupied domestic properties and voids; all works should include test & commission of the system in accordance with manufacturer`s instruction. Lot 3: Servicing and/or Repair of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) Servicing, maintenance, inspection, and/or repair of solar PV systems shall include but not limited to conduct visual checks for cracked glazing, cell delamination, damage from pests or storm damage and faulty parts. Check electrical installation for damage, arcing or corrosion and loose connections, check monitoring system for any dropouts or unusual patterns, monitor and record the inverter`s performance, where appropriate check battery fluid levels. Leave units clean and clear of debris and in good working order. Lot 4: Installation of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) Installation of Solar PV Systems shall include but is not limited to the survey, design, supply and installation of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems and battery storage. Lot 5: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Lightning Protection, Surge Protection and Earthing Systems Provide installation, maintenance, inspection servicing, and/or repair of lightning protection services including but not limited to earthing systems, surge protection, conductor testing and soil sensitivity testing. Lot 6: Water Hygiene Works (including Water System Management and Services, Water Treatment Equipment and Products and Legionella Risk Assessment) Identify and assess sources of risk, water sampling (Legionella) and maintenance. Lot 7: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Sprinkler Systems Works Carry out servicing to sprinkler systems and/or installations to dwellings/blocks in line with manufacturer`s instructions. Provision of minor repairs. Lot 8: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Compartmentation Works Works to include but not limited to fire compartmentation works to blocks of dwellings, and provision of minor repairs as necessary. Fire stopping, checks to fire doors, protection of means of escape. Lot 9: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Fire Alarm Systems Works Carry out servicing to fire alarm systems and/or installations to dwellings/blocks, and provision of minor repairs, as necessary. Lot 10: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Portable Fire Fighting Equipment Works Undertake tests on portable fire-fighting equipment such as extinguishers, fire buckets, fire blankets etc. Lot 11: Servicing, Installation and/or Repairs of Security Systems including CCTV and Access Controlled Entry Works Supply and install security measures that control access to buildings including door entry systems comprising of remote lock control, internal/external speaker systems including all necessary wiring and connections. Carry out servicing and provision of minor repairs, as necessary. Closed circuit TV system installation in or around a building for security systems, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV. Carry out installation, servicing and minor repairs to automatic barriers, gates, turnstiles, or access control systems. Lot 12: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Warden Call Systems Works Installation and maintenance of an emergency Warden Call system. Design, supply, install and maintain the Warden Call system for services such as Sheltered Housing Schemes. Carry out servicing and provision of minor repairs, as necessary. Lot 13: Servicing, Installation, and/or Repairs of Intruder Alarm Systems Carry out installation and servicing to alarm systems to dwellings/blocks, and provision of minor repairs, as necessary. Lot 14: Portable Appliance Testing Carry out PAT (portable appliance testing) through visual inspections and electrical testing to ensure the safety and suitability of electrical appliances.. For Class I electrical equipment inject test signals into the cable and appliance to ensure their integrity. Lot 15: Installation, Refurbishment, Servicing and Maintenance to Lifts, Stairlifts and Personal Lifting Equipment Installation, refurbishment, servicing and maintenance to lifts, stairlifts and personal lifting equipment which may include (but not be limited to); escalators, ceiling hoists, evacuation chairs, curved or straight stairlifts, hoists, through floor lifts, wheelchair platform lifts, step lifts, ceiling track hoists.
