Two Active Travel Routes – Design stages 3 (Developed Design) & 4 (Technical Design) Lot 1: Lochmaben to Lockerbie Working in partnership with SWestrans the regional transport partnership, The Network Strategy and Road Safety Team are developing these projects using Transport Scotland’s Tier 1 funding. Consultant to deliver the design stages 3-4, developed design, and technical design for the active travel route of Lochmaben to Lockerbie. Additional information: Should this contract proceed to tender, it is intended to procure through an Open Tender Procedure on PCS and PCS-Tender. Lot 2: Leswalt to Stranraer Working in partnership with SWestrans the regional transport partnership, The Network Strategy and Road Safety Team are developing these projects using Transport Scotland’s Tier 1 funding. Consultant to deliver the design stages 3-4, developed design, and technical design for the active travel route of Leswalt to Stranraer. Additional information: Should this contract proceed to tender, it is intended to procure through an Open Tender Procedure on PCS and PCS-Tender.
