Business Wales is the Welsh Government’s bilingual business support service and is the key delivery mechanism for supporting Micro Businesses and SMEs in Wales. This contract is for the delivery a customer satisfaction survey to be carried out with those business Wales Clients who have accessed the service in the previous 6 months. Each survey will consist of 300 interviews and be undertaken at 6 monthly intervals.The contract will run for an initial 12 month period with the option to extend, on an annual basis, for two further 12 month periods and, if required, a final 4 month extension period.It is anticipated that the contract will begin in December 2024 and come to an end in March 2028.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
