Die Regierung von Schwaben wird zum Jahreswechsel 2024/2025 eine neue Liegenschaft in Augsburg beziehen, wofür entsprechend die aktive Netzwerkinfrastruktur im Gebäude errichtet werden muss. Die Leistung besteht aus der Lieferung von Hard- und Software, Lizenzen sowie Wartung und Inbetriebnahme. Es ist eine gemischte Leistung zw. Liefer- und Dienstleistung; wobei die Lieferleistung überwiegt. Die Details des Auftrags entnehmen Sie bitte beiliegenden Vertragsunterlagen. Die Zuschlagserteilung ist zeitnah nach Auswertung der eingegangenen Angebote geplant. Im Rahmen der Zuschlagserteilung wird ein EVB-IT Kaufvertrag geschlossen. Der beigefügte Dienstleistungsvertrag wird nach Zuschlagserteilung entsprechend übersandt und dient zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt lediglich Ihrer Information. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Bereitstellung entsprechender Haushaltsmittel.
