Cardiff Metropolitan University is awarding a Framework Agreement to a small number of suitably skilled and experienced executive teaching specialists to assist the Creative Leadership and Enterprise Centre (CLEC) in the continued design and delivery of its executive leadership and business growth programmes. In utilising this framework agreement, we are appointing a pool of subject specialists to provide executive teaching, coaching and support services in a range of subject specialist lots to reflect leadership and business growth themes. The teaching will be required for existing externally and internally funded programmes and any future work programmes the CLEC team is successful in bidding for. The estimated total value of the procurement and the estimated values per lot provided in this notice are not guaranteed and are fully dependant on CLEC being successful in winning all future work programmes over the total course of the framework agreement. Lot 1: Delivering the theory of leadership, allowing individuals to explore their own practical leadership styles to develop high performing teams The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching and coaching services for lot 1, "Delivering the theory of leadership, allowing individuals to explore their own practical leadership styles to develop high performing teams" within the "Developing a Leaders' Mindset" theme of the programme. Lot 2: Defining Strategic leadership in the context of developing and implementing associated performance strategies through coaching and mentoring via the Oscar model The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching and coaching services for lot 2, "Defining strategic leadership in the context of developing and implementing associated performance strategies through coaching and mentoring via the Oscar model" within the "Developing a Leaders' Mindset" theme of the programme. Lot 3: Motivation and engagement strategies through communication and behavioural change The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching and coaching services for lot 3, "Motivation and engagement strategies through communication and behavioural change" within the "Developing a Leaders' Mindset" theme of the programme. Lot 4: Mental Toughness and Resilience including the application of Critical Thinking in leading organisations and the ability to demonstrate Chaos and Complexity Theories and their application to management The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching and coaching services for lot 4, "Mental Toughness and Resilience including the application of Critical Thinking in leading organisations and the ability to demonstrate Chaos and Complexity Theories and their application to management" within the "Developing a Leaders' Mindset" theme of the programme. Lot 5: Business Innovation Strategies The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 5, "Business Innovation Strategies" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme. Lot 6: Harnessing low carbon opportunities and carbon reduction initiatives The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 6, "Harnessing low carbon opportunities and carbon reduction initiatives" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme. Lot 7: Marketing and Sales Strategies – including relationship management and customer value analysis The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 7, "Marketing and Sales Strategies – including relationship management and customer value analysis" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme. Lot 8: Lean Methodologies and Strategies The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 8, "Lean Methodologies and Strategies" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme. Lot 9: Managing Productivity, Financial Analysis Strategies & Investment Readiness The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 9, "Managing Productivity, Financial Analysis Strategies & Investment Readiness" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme. Lot 10: Business Planning for Growth Strategies The appointment of a supplier to provide executive teaching services for lot 10, "Business Planning for Growth Strategies" within the "Managing Growth and Performance" theme of the programme.
