The Pathway is designed to provide accommodation and support services to YP aged 16 to 25, who are in and on the edge of care, such as (but not limited to): looked-after children (LAC), care leavers (CLs), unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), YP who are former UASC, homeless YP, YP at risk of homelessness and young parents (with their babies). Lot 1: High to medium support accommodation for YP aged 16-19 The Young People’s Supported Housing Pathway is designed to provide accommodation and support services to YP aged 16 to 25, who are in and on the edge of care, such as (but not limited to): looked-after children (LAC), care leavers (CLs), unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), YP who are former UASC, homeless YP, YP at risk of homelessness and young parents (with their babies). The services for Lot 1 are made up of: • 20 High Support units - Split between YP aged 16 and 17 (Ofsted-registered) and YP 18 and 19 – 24/7 staff on site • 2 Emergency Beds - For YP 16-17 (Ofsted-registered) - 24/7 staff on site • 4 Medium Support units - 5 hours per day of staff on site + night concierge The successful Provider will enter into contract with London Borough of Tower Hamlets initial contract term is three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for further periods of 12 months, up to 24 months, making a total possible Contract Period of Five years The Lot 1 annual contract value is £685,000, making the total possible Contract value of £3,425,000. Tower Hamlets are procuring this contract accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) (“the Regulations”) Schedule 3 (“Light Touch Regime”) service. Tower Hamlets are procuring this contract accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) (“the Regulations”) Schedule 3 (“Light Touch Regime”) service. Lot 3 is made up of: • 12 Medium Support units - For YP aged 18+ - 3-5h per day of staff on site The initial contract term is three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for further periods of 12 months, up to 24 months, making a total possible Contract Period of Five years The Lot 3 annual contract value is £210,000, making the total possible Contract value of £1,050,000. Tower Hamlets are procuring this contract accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) (“the Regulations”) Schedule 3 (“Light Touch Regime”) service. Lot 4: Low support accommodation, with visiting support for YP aged 16-25 The Young People’s Supported Housing Pathway is designed to provide accommodation and support services to YP aged 16 to 25, who are in and on the edge of care, such as (but not limited to): looked-after children (LAC), care leavers (CLs), unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), YP who are former UASC, homeless YP, YP at risk of homelessness and young parents (with their babies). Lot 4 is made up of: • 15 Self-contained flats - For YP aged 18+, with 2-4h of visiting support per week • 25 Floating support - For YP aged 16 to 25 - 2-4h of support per week • 3 Low Support units - For pregnant girls and young mothers aged 18+, with visiting support – 2-4 hours per week • 2 Additional Low Support units - For YP aged 18+, with 2-4h of visiting support per week The initial contract term is three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for further periods of 12 months, up to 24 months, making a total possible Contract Period of Five years The Lot 4 annual contract value is £355,000, making the total possible Contract value of £1,775,000. Tower Hamlets are procuring this contract accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) (“the Regulations”) Schedule 3 (“Light Touch Regime”) service.
