Postal deliveries - reserved contract

Description

Stavanger Municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to use this contest to enter into a framework agreement for postal deliveries for Stavanger Municipality. Lot 1: The agreement covers both courier service and franking service with dispatch of the municipality's mail. The delivery will include collection letters and parcels from the post centre at Arkivenes hus, and collecting post from the municipality's locations towards the end of the working day. It will also include franking services. The contracting authority can need to hire temporary staff for internal post in the summer months. The contest is restricted to organisations or programmes that have a primary objective of integrating disabled or disadvantaged persons into working life. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the organisation or the programme have a disability or are disadvantaged, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations, section 16-9.
