Description

NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Care at Home, Residential and Nursing Care Home Placements, Registered Day Care and Supported Living, Housing Support and Home Based Respite services. This notice is open to all existing and potential new service providers. Lot 1: Care at Home NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Care at Home services. Lot 2: Residential and Nursing Care Home Placements NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Residential and Nursing Care Home Placements. Lot 3: Registered Day Care NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Registered Day Care services. Lot 4: Supported Living, Housing Support and Home Based Respite NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Supported Living, Housing Support and Home Based Respite services.
