Description

Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung zur Bereitstellung von Callcenter-Leistungen zur telefonischen Spendenannahme. Lot 1: Die Leistung (am Spendentag wir jährlich einmal durchgeführt, konkret am jeweils 2. oder 3. Freitag im Dezember.) Die hier ausgeschriebene Leistung unterstützt die BR-eigenen Spendenzentralen bei der Annahme der Spenderanrufe und der elektronischen Verarbeitung der personenbezogenen Daten. Weitere Leistungen sind die jährliche Schulung der Telefonistinnen sowie die Gesamtkoordination aller beteiligten externen Call-Center. Die Rahmenvereinbarung beginnt voraussichtlich am 01.10.2022 und hat eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten bis voraussichtlich zum 30.09.2023 (=Grundlaufzeit). Diese Rahmenvereinbarung verlängert sich automatisch um jeweils 12 Monate, wenn der Auftraggeber diese Vereinbarung nicht 6 Monate vor Ablauf schriftlich kündigt. Eine Verlängerung über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren hinaus ist ausgeschlossen. Der Mindestbedarf beträgt 1925 Stunden. Dies entspricht einem Bedarf von 550 Telefonist:innen im Zeitraum von 20:00 Uhr bis 23:30 Uhr. Der Höchstbedarf beträgt 3.400 Stunden. Details dazu siehe LB-fachlicher Teil, Kapitel 2.1.2
