Provision of Asbestos Removal and Demolition Works at the former Townhill Campus

Pobl Development Ltd are looking to appoint a Contractor to undertake asbestos removal and demolition of an area to facilitate the new development of residential dwellings at the former Townhill campus, Swansea. The works shall be carried out in a co-ordinated phased approach. The first phase of the proposed work will consist of the removal and disposal of asbestos from either; • Building 3 - Neuadd Cenydd & Neuadd Dyfed Halls (eastern & northern wings); or • Building 3 - Neuadd Dyfed Hall (eastern wing) only & Associated temporary works The second phase of the proposed works will be in accordance with Appendix B, which includes CD Gray demolition report & Total CDM Solutions Pre Construction Information pack. This will consist of, but not be limited to the following; • Demolition of Building 3 - Neuadd Cenydd & Neuadd Dyfed Halls (eastern & northern wings); or • Demolition of Building 3 - Neuadd Dyfed Hall (eastern wing) only & Associated temporary works
