RFI - Road-rail crane for Banedanmark’s recovery service branch

Description

Banedanmark intends to procure an integrated truck road-rail crane designed for swift railway deployment and recovery of all types of derailments within the entire Danish railway network (including light rail, metros etc.). Ideally the road-rail crane can be purchased from one main supplier and delivered to Banedanmark as a turnkey vehicle including a warranty and maintenance agreement and all necessary road and railway safety approvals. Banedanmark is however open to other suggestions including e.g. a tender divided into different lots for respectively: the truck, the crane and the rail boogies plus rail chassis. The purpose of this market dialogue is first and foremost to gain an overview of the technical solutions and potential suppliers on the market compatible with Banedanmark’s demands. Furthermore, and just as important Banedanmark wishes to receive the market’s point of view for an optimal technical specification, tender strategy etc. Please sign-up for this RFI/market dialogue, read the info-document & draft technical requirements and answer our questions in the attached questionnaire.
