Vertragsverlängerung der bestehenden ELISA-Diagnostik mittels LIAISON XL Chemilumineszenz-Immunoanalyser. Lot 1: Vertrasgverlängerung der bestehenden automatisierten ELISA-Diagnostik mittels LIAISON XL Chemilumineszenz-Immunoanalyser der Fa. DiaSorin. Das vollautomatisches Chemilumineszenz-Analysegerät übernimmt die komplette Probenaufbereitung (Probenvorverdünnung, Proben- und Reagenziendosierung, Inkubationen, Waschprozesse, usw.) sowie die Messung und deren Auswertung. Der Gesamtwert der Beschaffung (Ziff. II.1.7, V.2.4) ist zur Wahrung von Betriebs- und Geschäftsgeheimnissen des Auftragnehmers nicht bekanntzumachen, § 39 Abs. 6 VgV. Er wird daher fiktiv mit 1,00 EUR angegeben. Das benannte Datum (Ziff. V.2.1) ist das, an dem entschieden wurde, den Vertrag mit dem benannten AN zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt nach Ablauf der Wartefrist des § 135 Abs. 3 Nr. 3 GWB.
