Forsvarsministeriet Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelsen (herefter FMI) gennemfører et udbud af en rammeaftale vedrørende anskaffelse af værnemidler til almindelig daglig drift (vedligeholdelse af materiel på værksteder samt laboratoriearbejde) og til beredskabsindsatser. Lot 1: Se venligst II. 1.4) Aftalen er indgået af FMI. Alle enheder under Forsvarsministeriet, herunder alle divisioner af Forsvaret i Danmark, som er under Forsvarschefens kommando, er imidlertid berettiget til at benytte Aftalen til indkøb af Leverancen på Aftalens vilkår og betingelser. Herudover er Rigspolitiet berettiget til at anvende aftalen.
