Lot 3: Equality, diversity and Inclusion Category 3 Training which would cover anything under this topic for face to face training, which would be needed. Lot 4: Leadership and Management Category 4 Any Training which would be for managers, either upskilling, new managers or development Lot 5: Housing Training Category 5 Training would include anything that is related to Housing Lot 6: Digital, Data and technology Category 6 This would cover any IT related training, including Microsoft etc Lot 7: Learning Management System (LMS) Category 7 This would be providers who would be able to offer content and training, webinars, podcasts that can link and enhance our current offer via our LMS Lot 8: Wellbeing Category 8 this will cover any training relating to wellbeing Lot 9: Coaching and Mentoring Category 9 This will be across all areas and levels Lot 10: Specialist, Niche Training Category 10 This will cover a range of topics that is a specific need for teams to deliver current work plans Lot 11: Projects and Programme Management Category 11 This is for any training relating to Projects & Programme management
