Statsbygg requests tenders for the following: Agreement on alarm transmission for fire and lift for properties in Statsbygg. Lot 1: In total, Statsbygg manages approximately 2.7 million m2 of building area distributed over 2,300 buildings in 600 property complexes in Norway, including Svalbard, and approximately 170 buildings in 67 property complexes abroad. The collection of properties consists of university colleges, courthouses, arts centres, road and traffic stations and other purpose-built buildings. Royal properties are included in the portfolio in addition to embassies and official residences abroad. Statsbygg is Norway's largest property manager in the government civil sector. Tenderers must cover all of Statsbygg's properties in Norway, with the degree of coverage, service and maintenance The tenderer is responsible for coordinating the conversion from the existing system locally at the building, as well as establishing new subscriptions and the correct setup for existing security companies and alarm centres (e.g. 110).
