The proposed contract is for a period of 1 year, commencing on 01/04/2023. The Contracting Authority intends to direct award this contract to their incumbent provider. If no expressions of interest are received, the Authority intends to enter a contract with the incumbent provider relying upon a Regulation 32 exemption of no response/no requests to participate have been submitted in response to this notice, within 30 days of publication. In order to express an interest to provide the services under the advertised contract, a completed Expression of Interest Form will need to submitted via the portal (the form to be completed can be found together with the strategic intentions paper, and the specification by accessing the tender portal). Please note that only genuine interest will be taken into consideration, this legal notice is not an opportunity for companies to advertise themselves for e.g., sub-contracting opportunities or to offer services such as bid writing.
