e-ITT for the Establishment of a Single Contractor Framework Agreement (May 2025-29) for the Cyclical Decorating and Cleaning of New Forest District Council owned properties Closing Date for Submission of Tenders 12.00 NOON, 11th APRIL 2025 to be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) Scope Overview: The project involves undertaking a programme of cyclical decoration, including minor repairs & external cleaning works, to NFDC owned housing stock across the district, for a 4-year term. The contract will be awarded as a single contractor Framework Agreement. See Appendix B - Outcome Specification for further details.
