Chwarae Teg currently have a Learning Management System (Moodle) contract in place and is due to expire end of December 2020. Consequently, Chwarae Teg are required to undertake a procurement exercise to contract with a provider for ongoing hosting, support, maintenance and development for the Learning Management System (LMS). The anticipated period of the contract award will be 30 months, commencing 1st January 2021 through to 31st June 2023. The LMS is our main tool for capturing and managing the training records of our participants and employees. Chwarae Teg wish to continue to use Moodle as our main LMS operating system incorporating web conferencing software (currently Big Blue Button (BBB) to facilitate virtual classroom delivery. Objectives: • Development and implementation of our LMS to support expansion of our virtual delivery and online offer to clients and internal staff. • Advice and guidance around appropriate solutions to ensure our platform continues to keep pace and expand in line with organisational objectives. • A programme of upgrading that ensures full functionality of the platform in order to meet client and organisational objectives • Reporting mechanisms to inform users and staff. • Continuous improvement
