Description

Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers appointed to the EMP with relevant experience and ability for the This Way 4 English (TW4E) (the “Services”) as detailed in the Further Competition documents. As this is a Further Competition exercise it is essential that any Tenders received are from the same legal entity as appointed to the EMP (i.e. Tenders should not be received from other sub-divisions or trading arms of an organisation). The maximum value of the Services to be awarded is £165k per annum. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st April 2025. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract is 31st March 2027, with the option to extend by one (1) x twelve (12) month period to 31st March 2028 subject to grant funding being available. This procurement is to be funded form grant monies.
