Description

The current PSCP framework is coming to an end in June 2019 and this framework is proposed to allow continuity of service for the organisations. The framework will enable organisations to access Principal Supply Chain Partners (PSCP) to support the delivery of construction and maintenance projects throughout Scotland. The PSCP framework will support collaboration, best practice design and construction of construction projects at national, regional and local levels, respond to recent reports such as the cole report, and will demonstrate value for money to customers. It is intended that NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards, Integrated Joint Boards (IJB’s) and other organisations providing health and social care services operating in Scotland will be customers entitled to call off the framework. It is anticipated that the estimated framework value of 600 000 000 GBP will be over the 5 year framework period. This will enable NHS Scotland organisations to access PSCPs who will deliver design and construction activities across new build, refurbish, remodel, maintenance, demolitions, statutory compliance, risk reduction construction types. The PSCP is a key member of the project delivery team who will work collaboratively with the organisation and the wider project team and stakeholders to deliver best in practice facilities which demonstrate value for money. It is intended that NHS Scotland Health Boards, Special Health Boards, Integrated Joint Boards (IJB’s) and other organisations providing health and social care and other associated services operating in Scotland will be customers entitled to call off the framework.
