The awarding authority TenneT hereby invites all potential and interested market participants to express their interest in the planned market consultation on the "Future TenneT Library Environment" and to give an overview of the current state of the art. This market consultation is part of a possible, subsequent procurement project. TenneT has multiple applications in use for internal policies and guidelines, for technical specifications, for project management, for project documentation handling and for maintenance and operation documentation. Internal programs have been initiated to implement Systems Engineering and Building Information Management, which lead to a completely different approach relieving the document-based way of working in favour of a Single-Source-of-Truth (SSoT) in a long-term perspective. For achieving this on a broader scale, the tools currently used at TenneT do not provide the necessary functionalities. We will use comments and answers from the participants exclusively for the internal analysis and evaluation purposes.
