Description

The successful company will • Refurbish the existing canteen in time for commencement of the next school year on 25th August 2015. • Be fully responsible for the staffing, management and operation of the food service • Be responsible for the supply, operation and maintenance of all equipment. • Be responsible for the clean-up of all cooking and dining area each day. • Be responsible for the safe removal of all waste and recyclable material from the campus on a routine basis. • Ensure that the operation is fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations. • The catering cannot infringe on the orderly running of the school. • Operate in accordance with a Healthy Eating Policy to be developed and implemented with the Board of the School. • Pay for all electricity costs associated with provision of the service. • Make a financial contribution to the school
