embrokeshire College is looking for a Contractor to carry out the inspection, testing, maintenance and cleaning of all building engineering services and equipment as contained in the particular Asset Registers accompanying this tender for a period of 3 years with the client having the option to extend the contract for a further 2 years. This shall include; 1. Local Exhaust Ventilation Equipment (LEV) – Fume Extraction
