Gegenstand des Auftrages ist die Miete von 73 Multifunktionsgeräten mit Farbdruck, -kopie und -scann bis DIN A3 an verschiedenen Standorten des Auftraggebers im Freistaat Sachsen einschließlich der Überlassung der Managementsoftware MyQ zur zentralen Geräteverwaltung, Konfigurationsmanagement, Ausgabesteuerung sowie Monitoring und Reporting. Dem Auftragnehmer obliegt im Rahmen eines EVB-IT Systemvertrages neben der Errichtung des Systems, insbesondere das Projektmanagement sowie einzelne Planungsleistungen und des Weiteren der Systemservice (Störungsbeseitigung, vorbeugende Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsbereitschaft, Lieferung neuer Programmstände, Lieferung von Verbrauchs- und Betriebsmittel). Zur Implementierung der Geräte und des Systems sind auch Schulungen für Multiplikatoren und Geräteverantwortliche durchzuführen.
