Multi Party Framework for the Provision of External Advisory and Advocacy Services

Description

The Contracting Entity proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi party framework agreement for the provision of External Advisory and Advocacy services. The Contracting Entity requires specialist expertise to advocate for the Project at senior political and policy levels in both the national and European context. This will include ensuring that the economic opportunities afforded by the Atlantic offshore resources are fully identified by Government and that an overarching strategy on realising the full economic benefits of Atlantic ORE is developed and implemented. The scope of the framework is further expanded in the tender document accompanying this notice.
