The Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced economic operators ‘Bidders’ for inclusion on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply, delivery and off loading of Food products for Belfast City Council. The Food Products DPS is split into 9 categories (Lots): Category 1 – Meat and Poultry Category 2 - Fruit and Vegetables Category 3 – Fish Category 4 - Dairy Products Category 5 - Ambient Food Category 6 - Raptor/reptile and live animal food Category 7 - Lucerne Category 8 - Hay and Straw Category 9 - Dry Animal Food Full requirements of each category (Lot) can be found in the tender documents Lot 1: Category 1 Meat and Poultry Category 1 of the Food Products DPS is for Meat and Poultry and comprises of two Sub-Categories as follows: Sub-Category 1a: Meat and Poultry Belfast Zoo Sub-Category 1b: Meat and Poultry Catering Unit Lot 2: Category 2 Fruit and Vegetables Category 2 of the Food Products DPS is for Fruit and Vegetables and comprises of two Sub-Categories as follows: Sub-Category 2a: Fruit and Vegetables Belfast Zoo Sub-Category 2b: Fruit and Vegetables Catering Unit Lot 3: Category 3 – Fish Category 3 of the Food Products DPS is for Fish.
