Various brokerage services — business properties. See the detailed description in the annex. Trondheim municipality owns and administers buildings with a total area of approx. 1 000 000 m2 and approx. 60 000 decares undeveloped areas. Eierskapsenheten [the Ownership Department] attends to all purchases and sales of properties, as well as renting and leasing areas belonging to Trondheim municipality. A framework agreement shall be entered with one provider of residential brokerage service and one provider of business property brokerage service. Simultaneously to this call for tenders, a tender contest is published for residential brokerage services. The contracting authority shall apply certain criteria for the boundary of which agreement the individual assignment is to be sorted under.
