This service will cover 4200 staff employed by Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation NHS trust and 1400 inhouse bank staff, Additionally BSMHFT has a number of Volunteers The Client is looking for a comprehensive, fully integrated, high quality and modern Occupational Health Service (OHS), which represents Value for Money (VfM) and complies with national standards and supports in the utilisation and future development of Trust policies.  The service will be flexible and accessible to the Clients employees, Bank Staff, Volunteers, individuals on honorary contracts, Work Placement/Trainees, students, SSL staff (Estates & Facilities) and any contracting staff as specified by the Client.   Keywords: Occupational Health, counselling , Physio, wellbeing, workers in all occupations
