The project is for the construction of a new build extension to the building together with internal alterations and improvements to the existing building. The works will include services alterations to include replacing the existing gas fired central heating system with a new Air Source Heat Pump heating system. Improvements to the building fabric will be carried out to improve the thermal performance of the centre. External works will include the formation of a new parking area adjacent to the site and alterations/upgrades to the existing soft and hard landscaping. SPD submissions will be assessed to shortlist contractors. Thereafter Tender Quality Questionnaires and Tender Price submissions will be assessed to identify the preferred bidder on the basis of Quality and Price.
