Framework agreement for the purchase of temporary staff services in nursing and care, Andøy municipality

Andøy municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with a framework agreement for temporary staff services in health and care. The municipality has approx. 4,600 inhabitants. All health and care services are provided by the municipality itself, but there are times when the municipality does not have the right competence available. In such cases, it is desirable to use temporary staff services via a new framework agreement. Lot 1: The Contracting Authority requests tender offers for the delivery of temporary staff services mainly consisting of: The delivery of temporary staff services in the form of nurses, specialist nurses, environmental therapists, nursing assistants, health care workers, care workers, social workers and other health professionals. Other health professionals may be students or similar in relation to the professions listed above. The services are to be delivered if temporary staff services in the health and care sector are needed in the event of sick leave, holiday or similar in the municipality. All entities at the Contracting Authority are included in the agreement. The Contracting Authority prefers to have one tenderer for all services described in the tender documentation, however, agreements may be entered into with several tenderers in order to cover the total need for temporary staff services. The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for a further 1+1 year. The value is estimated at approximately NOK 1.2 million per year or NOK 4.8 million for the entire contract period including the 1+1 year option.
