In collaboration with Watford Community Housing, Pretium has developed a framework agreement for the provision of materials supply and managed services, which will be available to other contracting authorities in the UK. The framework will be delivered through a single supplier. Materials supply and managed services framework for the supply of building and construction materials through a single provider to contracting authorities across the UK. WCH/Pretium followed a single-stage Open procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 through which they sought Tenders from suppliers with relevant experience, skills, knowledge and capacity to deliver the framework requirements.
