Framework agreement for Technical Management of Ørsted's barge system consisting of 2 tugboats and 4 barges. Contract Period set to 5 years + 2x1 year options to extend. Lot 1: The Supplier must manage, maintain, and operate Ørsted's barge system. The barge system is manned by 24 employees which will be transferred on current terms to the Supplier. The barge system consists of 2 tugboats and 4 barges. The barge system must be chartered by the Supplier and used in delivering the freights ordered by Ørsted. Operations include (1) tug operations, (2) general freight operations, and (3) ballasting during loading and unloading.
