Description
The London Borough of Newham invites expression of interest for Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Accommodation Based Supported Living Services for Adults with Mental Health issues, Learning Disabilities and Autism. The majority of supported living service placements will be made within the London Borough of Newham. However on some occasions the Authority may place a Customer in a Service out of borough. The DPS will be for 10 years duration from 1st June 2020 until 31st May 2030. The council reserve the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime using the standard forms. The admittance to DPS as a DPS provider will be a two stage process. The tenderers will have to meet the initial Selection Questionnaire(SQ) stage and the tenderers who meet initial selection criteria will be issued Invitation to Tender (ITT) to bid for the relevant categories/lots. Following acceptance onto the DPS, the Authority's will invite providers for Call off stage.
