Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Social Value has been allocated a total weight of 10% as part of the quality/price matrix for this procurement which will be evaluated using sub-weighting on the following basis.Quantitative Offer (Total value of Targets entered) 4%Qualitative offer (target descriptions) 3%Delivery Plan 3%Total Social Value 10%The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
