PURCH2502 Framework Agreement for the Provision of Marquees for the Period of Three Years with the Option to Extend for 12 Months. Site Visit Date - 29th January 2025. The University requires bidders to attend a site visit as part of the tender process at the University on the time and date set out below in advance of the Tender Return Date. Tender documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. Tender returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. The University has a requirement to put in place a Framework Agreement for the hire of marquees. This will be predominantly for use at winter and summer graduations in the University Gilmorehill Campus, however there is the potential scope for this to include marquee hire for other events or locations.
