The Authority is looking to engage face to face with Torfaen residents through an ambitious and innovative behaviour change campaign to “Raise the Rate”. Following the results of the compositional analysis it was recognised that there is a need for a behaviour change campaign reaching all parts of our Borough, including residents, schools, businesses and our partners so that the recycling rate can be increased.
