Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of products for the three following lots: • Lot 1, Portable Tetra radio terminal • Lot 2, Mobil Tetra radio terminal • Lot 3, Accessories Framework agreements shall also be entered that only apply to accessories to the existing radio terminals. Finally, the contracting authority shall enter into a maintenance agreement concerning service and maintenance of services procured via the framework agreement for lots 1, 2 and 3. The maintenance agreement also includes procurement and maintenance of programming systems and customer systems for follow-up of deliveries. The maintenance agreement does not include framework agreement(s) that only covers accessories for the existing radio terminals.
