Opgaven omfatter renovering af 3 boligblokke I hovedtræk omfatter renoveringsprojektet følgende: Tage • Udskiftning af tagbelægninger • Asbestsanering af tagkonstruktion • Efterisolering af tagkonstruktion • Udskiftning af tagrender og tagnedløb • Etablering af supplerende adgange til loft • Etablering af ventilations udsugningsanlæg • Belysning Kældre • Etablering af nye udgange fra kælder (option) • Efterisolering af krybekældre (option) • Etablering af supplerende adgange til krybekælder (option) Facader og gavle • Reparation er murværksskader på facader • Udskiftning af murbjælker over vinduer og døre • Efterisolering af gavle • Etablering/udvidelse af enkelte eks. huller i murværk • Komplet om fugning af facader • Etablering af nye altaner • Etablering af karnapper ved eks. Indlæggende altaner • Glasinddækning af svalegange Døre & vinduer • Udskiftning af vinduer i tag, kælder, stueetage og 1. sal til nye i træ/alu • Udskiftning af altandøre Friarealer • Reparation af kloaker mv. Lot 1: Der henvises til den korte beskrivelse af projektet under punkt II. 1.4 samt udbudsmaterialets beskrivelser.
