Provision of 'Care and Support in your Home' across 5 Extra Care Housing (ECH) Schemes (Under the Light Touch Regime)

South Gloucestershire Council is inviting tenders from potential Providers of care and support to people living within five of our ECH schemes. Under the Light Touch Regime To be considered for these opportunities all Providers (including those submitting a joint application) will need to have been successful in joining our Care and Support in Your Home Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on Lot 2 (Community) - DN744342. Non-regulated providers cannot bid as lead Provider for these contracts but may work with a regulated Provider that is already accredited to Lots 1&2 to develop a partnership bid. This tender opportunity is for 5 individual ECH Schemes and will be for an initial contract term of five years, anticipated to commence from 1st May 2025 with an option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months. The 5 schemes include: Badminton Gardens Cambrian Green Stoke Gifford Village Springfields Falcon Court Lot 1: ECH Scheme - Badminton Gardens Provision of Care and Support within Badminton Gardens, Extra Care Housing Scheme. This scheme falls within cluster 6, Downend. The initial core hours of 422 per week Lot 2: ECH Scheme - Cambrian Green Provision of Care and Support within Cambrian Green, Extra Care Housing Scheme. This scheme falls within cluster 3, Yate. The initial core hours of 403 per week. Lot 3: ECH Scheme - Falcon Court Provision of Care and Support within Falcon Court, Extra Care Housing Scheme. This scheme falls within cluster 4, Kingswood. The initial core hours of 268 per week. Lot 4: ECH Scheme - Springfields Provision of Care and Support within Springfields, Extra Care Housing Scheme. This scheme falls within cluster 2, Filton. The initial core hours of 322 per week. Lot 5: ECH Scheme - Stoke Gifford Village Provision of Care and Support within Stoke Gifford Village, Extra Care Housing Scheme. This scheme falls within cluster 2, Stoke Gifford. The initial core hours of 275 per week.
