To supply the breathing apparatus instructor's courses to new and existing training instructors to fulfil the requirements of organisational succession planning and to maintain compliance within the instructor BA welfare policy. The investment in training of BA will also assist in the delivery of tactical ventilation and marine, a skill set also lost to retirement.
