All age support service for unpaid carers

Description

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) invites expressions of interest from sutiably qualified and experienced service providers for an All Age Carers Support Service in Swindon. This service will support Adult Carers, Parent Carers and Young Carers, adopting an outcomes-based model. Therefore, we are seeking tenders that deliver the outcomes in the most economically advantageous way while maintaining commitment to high quality provision. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 4 years (2 periods of 24 months) for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents. Estimated contract spend is to a maximum o £1,812,000 across the initial 3 year contract term and up to a maximum of £4,228,000 across the potential total 7 year contract term.
