NHS Supply Chain: Food seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for supply to NHS Supply Chain depots via the Stocked route for the supply of Ambient Food covering products from the following categories including but not limited to: Canned fish, canned meat, canned vegetables, canned fruit, nutritional supplements, thickeners, glucose products, cereals, cereal bars, porridge, jam, reduced energy jams, gravy, bouillon, ready to use sauces, single serve instant soup sachets, liquid soups, soup mixes, custard powder, ready to eat custard, individual custard portions, sauces, salt, pepper, vinegar, caster sugar, sugar cubes, demerara sugar, golden syrup, granulated sugar, icing sugar, soft dark brown sugar, soft light brown sugar, white sugar sticks & sachets, demerara sugar sticks & sachets, sweeteners, milk powder, milk portions, cream replacer, coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, soya milk, edible oil in various formats, dried fruit, fruit pots, herbs & spices, pasta, rice & grains, instant mash, pickled vegetables, savoury spreads, sweet spreads, desserts, cake mixes, pie fillings, flour, jelly crystals and jelly pots. Please see below the summary of the routes to market by Lot: For all Lots the Route to Market will be stocked. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £1,742,344 and £6,969,376 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 2: Oral Nutritional Supplements, Thickeners & Glucose Products This lot will include but not be limited to; nutritional supplements. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £668,769 and £2,675,075 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 3: Cereals & Porridge This lot will include but not be limited to; cereals, cereal bars and porridge in bulk (food service packs) and portion packs. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £1,929,642 and £7,718,569 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 4: Jams This lot will include but not be limited to; jams in bulk (food service packs) and portion packs. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £412,286 and £1,649,143 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 5: Reduced Energy Jams This lot will include but not be limited to; jams with reduced energy. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £138,311 and £553,245 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 6: Gravy, Bouillon & Cooking Sauces This lot will include but not be limited to; gravy, bouillon and ready to use sauces. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £437,070 and £1,748,281 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 7: Single Serve Instant Soups This lot will include but not be limited to; Single Serve Instant Soup sachets. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £39,298 and £157,193 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 8: Bulk Soups This lot will include but not be limited to; bulk (food service packs) liquid soups and soup mixes. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £300,849 and £1,203,395 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 9: Custard This lot will include but not be limited to; bulk (food service packs) custard powder, ready to eat custard and individual custard portions. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £541,304 and £2,165,216 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 10: Condiments This lot will include but not be limited to; sauces, salt, pepper, herbs, spices and vinegar in a range of sizes. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £471,828 and £1,887,312 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 11: Sugar This lot will include but not be limited to; Caster sugar, sugar cubes, Demerara sugar, Golden Syrup, Granulated sugar, Icing sugar, Soft dark brown sugar and Soft light brown sugar in a range of sizes. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £334,738 and £1,338,953 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 12: Sugar Portions This lot will include but not be limited to; White sugar sticks & sachets and Demerara sugar sticks & sachets. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £242,828 and £971,312 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 13: Sweeteners This lot will include but not be limited to; various sweeteners in bulk (food service packs) and portion formats. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £85,205 and £340,819 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 14: Milk Powder & Portions This lot will include but not be limited to; milk powder, milk portions and cream replacer. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £520,145 and £2,080,582 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 15: Non Dairy Milk Alternatives This lot will include but not be limited to; coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk and soya milk. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £39,000 and £156,000 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 16: Edible Oils This lot will include but not be limited to; edible oil in various formats. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £115,299 and £461,198 for the full 48 months (if extended). Lot 17: Grocery Lines This lot will include but not be limited to; dried fruit, fruit pots, herbs & spices, pasta, rice & grains, instant mash, pickled vegetables, savoury spreads, sweet spreads, desserts, cake mixes, pie fillings, flour, jelly crystals and jelly pots. The value for the first 12 months is anticipated to be £1,203,154 and £4,812,616 for the full 48 months (if extended).
