Service Design of Business Support to Social Businesses in Wales
Published
Description
We would like to contract with an individual or organisation to work with us to review and re-design our business support service using the Design Council’s Double Diamond model or a similar model. In line with the Design Council model we want to undertake a series of phases of work: • Discover. We want to work with our clients, prospective clients, staff and key stakeholders to understand fully what service is needed in future. • Define. From the insight gathered from the discovery phase we want help to define the challenge in a different way if appropriate. • Develop. We want to work with you to help us consider the range of answers to the clearly defined problem, seeking inspiration from elsewhere in the UK and abroad and co-designing with a range of different people. • Deliver. We want to test out different solutions at small-scale, rejecting those that will not work and improving the ones that will.
