Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Bauleistungen für den Neubau eines 4-geschossigen Labor- und Bürogebäudes mit Lüftungszentrale, CiiM - Centrum für Individualisierte Infektionsmedizin, mit rd. 4.800 m² Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF). Das Gebäude wir durch ein 1-geschossiges Außenlager als eigenständiges Bauteil ergänzt.Das Ziel der Laborarbeiten des CiiM ist es, das Management von Infektionskrankheiten zu individualisieren. Die Forschungsaktivitäten zielen darauf ab, individuelle Parameter zu identifizieren, die den Verlauf von Infektionen beeinflussen, und diese Erkenntnisse in eine optimierte und individualisierte Versorgung von Patienten mit Infektionskrankheiten umzusetzen. Insgesamt sollen für die ca. 150 Mitarbeiter 140 Büroarbeitsplätze und 97 Laborarbeitsplätze in dem Neubau geschaffen werden.
