A dynamic purchasing system will be established for the procurement of office furniture and other non-medical furniture for the health authorities in Norway. Lot 1: Category 01 Social and public furniture Category 1 social and public furniture consists of new furniture for social zones and public areas, both in hospitals and administrative buildings. Examples of products are sofas, chairs (lounge chairs), and tables for social zones (office environment) and public areas. Lot 2: Category 02 Ergonomic office chairs Category 2 ergonomic office chairs consists of office chairs where there are particular ergonomic requirements for functionality and design. Examples of products are chairs with a saddle seat, and chairs that are suitable for a 'standing-sitting' position. Lot 3: Category 03 Second hand furniture The category second hand furniture consists of all types of second hand, non-medical furniture, including the following product groups: Office furniture - tables and storage Office furniture - chairs Social and public furniture Ergonomic office chairs Definition of second hand furniture: Furniture that was used by a end customer minimum once after production, or display furniture. The sales outlets or similar are not seen as the end customer. Lot 4: Category 04 - Upholstery Category 4 upholstery consists of repairs and upgrades to second hand furniture, including refilling, recovering, and tightening. Lot 5: Category 05 Quiet room / 'meeting-box' The category quiet room / 'meeting-box' consists of different types of free-standing quiet rooms of various sizes and for different uses, including 'telephone box', one-person office, meeting room for 2 or more persons. The rooms must be sound insulated, have satisfactory ventilation, and offered with or without fixtures: Chairs, table, AV equipment, etc. The quiet rooms are to be offered for procurement of hire. Lot 6: Category 06 Curtains / indoor sun shading Category 6 curtains / indoor sun shading consists of both traditional curtains with and without hanging accessories, and different types of indoor sun shading such as blinds, pleated curtains, lamellar curtains, lifting curtains, indoor Venetian blinds.
