Framework agreement for relocation services for Vestre Viken Hospital Trust

Description

The contracting authority has a need for framework agreements for relocation services. We would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with three tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. Lot 1: The assignments will vary in scope and frequency in the contract period, and will primarily comprise moving various office equipment, furniture and fittings, etc. The content of a relocation assignment may vary. Assignments can include some or all of the points mentioned below: -Moving all or parts of units. - Disassembly/assembly of fixtures - Packing goods - Carrying removal goods from offices/floors/buildings to offices/floors/buildings (without a need for vehicles for the transport part). - Carrying removal goods from offices/floors/buildings to vehicles and from vehicles to offices/floors/buildings (another geographical location). - Transport of goods in a suitable vehicle - Source sorting and removal of waste (including excess furniture/fittings) during relocation assignments if required. There can also be a need for relocations that require special transport, e.g. medical technical equipment. Activities at Drammen Hospital (current) and PHR Blakstad Hospital will transfer to the New Drammen Hospital, Brakerøya in 2025. Note that this tender does not include anything related to NSD at Brakerøya. A separate tender has been held for this.
