Banedanmark udbyder tre (3) delkontrakter vedrørende transport- og kranydelser i Danmark. De tre (3) delkontrakter omfatter kørsel og/eller flytning af materialer, som anvendes i forbindelse med vedligehold og fornyelse af jernbanen, herunder anlægsprojekter. Omfanget af ydelserne vil hovedsageligt, men ikke begrænset hertil, være transport af skinner, jerndele, træ- og betonsveller samt kranydelser. Kørslen skal forgå med lastbil/kran og/eller blokvogn eller lign. Delkontrakterne er opdelt i tre (3) nærmere angivende geografiske områder. Delkontrakterne er opdelt i forhold til regionsgrænserne: Delkontrakt 1: Nord- og Midtjylland Delkontrakt 2: Syddanmark Delkontrakt 3: Sjælland og øerne. Transport- og kranydelserne, vil primært forgå inden for de enkelte del-kontrakters geografiske områder og i henhold til de konkrete opgaver. Der vil dog kunne forekomme kørsel udenfor de i delkontrakterne angivne geografiske områder, i de tilfælde, hvor en konkret opgave kræver levering og/eller afhentning til lokationer placeret i geografisk andre steder i landet.
